Controlled materials and processes
To meet the requirements of durability, safety, and strength for urban equipment, we machine materials selected for their mechanical performance and excellent behavior in outdoor environments. Steels 48CD4, 40CMD8, and XC48 offer high resistance to mechanical stress, while stainless steels 304L and 316L provide optimal corrosion protection. For applications subject to high loads and repeated stress, we also use S300PV, known for its robustness and wear resistance.
